Jerald "Jerry" Loud (Ojibwe) has over 30 years of extensive experience in Leadership, Management, Negotiation, Organization, Health & Human Services, Manufacturing, Education and Consulting.
Mr. Loud is currently serving as the Executive Director of Oshkiimaajitahdah (New Beginnings) program, which encompasses 9 programs for the Red Lake Nation. Under his leadership it has grown into one of the top Native community services programs in the country.
His experience also extends to negotiating contracts and MOU’s with Federal, State and County governments.
Mr. Loud also has 10 years of experience consulting with the 6th largest pharmaceutical company in the world.
Mr. Loud was the Chairman of the board for Red Lake Inc., which oversees all of the Tribal enterprises - also Mr. Loud was the only profitable General Manager of Red Lake's Modular Home manufacturing plant.
He is a graduate from Bemidji State University and he is a proud citizen of the Red Lake Nation.

Clinton R. Hackney
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Hackney brings to company (Bird & Bear) 35 years of leadership and management experience operating his own companies that specialized in project management and consulting services for non-profits, corporations and governments (tribal, federal, state, county, city, and port authorities).
In addition, he has extensive retail operational experience growing up and working in a third generational family business.
Clinton has also spent over a decade as an instructor and facilitator for the University of California, Davis Extension in the area of Tribal program and enterprise development.
Clinton is a graduate of Southern Methodist University (SMU) and is of Native and Scottish descent. His professional credentials include the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation.
